Branded coasters and décor items: prices and what to choose for each use
A décor item costs from €0.80 per unit, including branding on the pieces that allow it. Not everything here does the same job: branded coasters for a meeting need to be light and easy to read, while a diffuser or lamp is chosen for its presence. In this guide you can see today’s prices, the most common uses with real products, and the branding points to check before you order.
How much does a branded décor item cost?
Price per unit with your one-colour logo in the standard branding area, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price falls as quantities rise because the branding setup is spread across more units.

For events, receptions and meeting rooms
When you’re handing them out at an event or leaving them on a table, what matters is that they are light, compact and show the logo clearly. In the Essential range, cork or plastic custom coasters and simple printed rulers work especially well: visible items, easy to send, with engraving, pad printing or UV printing depending on the material.
If your design includes a photo, gradient or lots of subtle tones, don’t force it into a one-colour technique. In that case, a model designed for full-colour print is the better choice. And if you want to complete the desk gift, pair it with a branded mug.

The typical mistake is turning the item into a signboard. On a lamp or diffuser, a small logo works better and makes it more likely to be used. If you’re giving fragrance to a large group, choose soft scents or switch to a fragrance-free piece, such as branded lamps.

The minimum order is €100.00 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: for example, coasters for the meeting room and a lamp or diffuser for a welcome pack. The prices on this page are per unit, with your one-colour logo in the standard branding area, excluding VAT and delivery.
You can place the logo on the product page and see the price straight away, or request a free life-size mock-up before you confirm. You pay when you approve it, and the delivery time is shown on each product page.
