How much does a branded folder or conference folder cost?

For conferences and large-volume documentation
When the priority is handing documents to a large audience, a lightweight, professional format that is easy to personalise works best. This is where printed card folders and simple conference folders fit well, with a full-colour logo or design and space to hold sheets and a business card.
Do not cut back on the card weight to save money: below 300 g/m² it bends as soon as the folder is full. And if it needs to hold A4 papers, check the internal size; the outside may look big enough, but the documents can still end up fitting awkwardly.

For anyone out of the office, what matters is that the conference folder opens and closes properly and keeps everything organised: pad, pockets and card slots. The mid-range usually covers this well, with polyester or RPET covers and branding in screen print or transfer on the front.
Always check what the inside includes before ordering. Many models come with a pad and pen loop, but the pen is not always included. If you want to hand it over ready to use, add a branded pen to the same quote.

When the conference folder is used in front of a client, feel and fastening matter more than logo size. This is where more refined finishes work well, such as faux leather, bonded leather or recycled materials with a smarter look, branded with pad printing, an applied badge or hot stamping.
On these covers, a small one-colour logo usually works best. A large logo on the front can look forced and less professional. If you are unsure between materials, ask for samples: the zip, feel and thickness are easier to judge in your hand than in a photo.

The minimum order is €100.00 excluding VAT per quote, and you can mix models to reach it: a conference folder for an event and another for client visits can go into the same order.
