Branded clothing and corporate wear: what it costs and what to choose
A piece of corporate clothing with your logo costs from €2.00 per unit, with branding included. The same brand does not work equally well on a T-shirt for an event, a polo shirt for reception or a jacket for someone working outdoors. Here you can see today’s prices, the items that suit each use best with real examples, and what is worth checking before you order.
How much does branded clothing cost?
Price per unit with your logo in one colour in the standard position on each garment, excluding VAT and delivery. The unit price falls as quantities rise because the branding setup is spread across more units.

For events, campaigns and wide distribution
When you need to dress a lot of people or run a campaign, the priority is a garment that is cost-effective and takes clear branding. The T-shirt does that well with screen printing if you repeat the same design across many garments, or digital transfer if the logo is full colour. If you want people to keep wearing it afterwards, 180 g/m² or more is a better choice.
The typical mistake is making the logo too large. With corporate clothing, a small logo in one position usually works better; keep the larger size for the back of an event team shirt. If the garment is dark and the logo is light, screen printing needs a white base so it does not lose impact.

The polo shirt is the garment that best balances a smart look and everyday wear for sales teams, reception and trade shows. A small embroidered logo on the chest is the usual choice, on cotton piqué from 180 to 220 g/m²; if the polo is technical, transfer is often the better fit and avoids problems with the fabric.
Here it pays to keep the logo restrained: one position and a discreet size make the garment more likely to be worn. You do not need to finalise sizes when asking for a quote; you can give the total and adjust later with the size chart for each style, without holding up the order.

If you want a garment your team will keep wearing outside the office, hoodies and sweatshirts are often the winners. At weights from 260 to 350 g/m² they hold their shape better and can take embroidery on the chest, or screen printing and transfer if the design is large on the back, sleeve or hood.
The most common mistake is choosing too light a weight: a lightweight sweatshirt loses shape sooner and gives a poorer impression. If it is part of a welcome pack or an internal gift, it is usually better to move up a level in quality rather than add more branding positions; it makes more difference in use than an extra logo.

For teams out on the road, a jacket, softshell or parka adds warmth and presence. The usual option is small embroidery on the chest; when the fabric has a membrane, transfer is the safest choice because it applies the logo without piercing the garment.
If the use is closer to a uniform than to corporate clothing, check whether custom workwear is a better fit. For trade shows or field work, the upper back can take a larger logo; otherwise, a discreet size makes the jacket more likely to keep being worn.
